Didto Ha Recto

Recto, Recto
O Recto
Ha Quiapo kakanto
Ada an simbahan Nazareno
Eskwelahan nagtatarayatay aadto

An Recto
Dalan nga klaro
Divisoria, Post Office, Palasyo aagui-an ngadto
Iguin-ngaran hin sikat nga tawo

Dalan nga madulom hin duro
Bisan ha adlaw nga nag-uurudto
Labi kun gab-i makadto
Panguwat ug ilegal tanan aadto

Pirme hinay pag-agui ngadto
Pokpok, holdaper makubit ha imo
Diploma, ID, papel de gobyerno itinitinda didto
Kaupod panapton, lawas, ug DepEd nga libro

Ha raid pag-ikmat ug dalagan diretso
Kun diri, ha newspaper, TV, radyo ngaran mapuwesto
Sugad kasikat an Recto
Sigurado masikat hin madakpan ngadto

Ha Manila diri ka mawawara ngadto
Kun maaram ka han Recto
Sarakyan tanan na-agui didto
Sikat nga dalan hin duro

Retreat

Go
In solitude
Stop wandering aimlessly
Cease that rebellion
Life isn't fair
     Never will it be
Be haunted no longer with the past
     It'll ground you forever
Look forward
     Refreshed
     Goal-focused
     New
Come back
Fight the world with resolve
Win challenges
In solitude, no longer

Sadness

Blissful friends
Wined through the night
Boozed with every beat of the gongs
Danced and kissed every people I knew

Oh, happiness.  Enjoyed as they adored
Savor the fancy like no morrow

Woke up.  Refreshed.
Weary still.  Tears fell.
Sadness

Tana na!

Panuroy
     Diri pamarayaw
Pamasyada
Pamahuway
     Dugang nga kusog ha huna-huna
Kurukalakat
     Waray kagul-anan
Marisyo
     Tawa nga dako la
Kalipayan

Tana na!

Siday han Kamingawon

Kamingaw
Kahidlaw
An minayuyo
An hinigugma-un

Kun ha imo harani la
Diri masusugad
Waray igkukulang
Hasta yana, ikaw la

Pagsirak

Inin pagsidlit han adlaw
Ha kaagahon
Nahatag hin kalipay ug
Himyang nga pamahong-pahung.
Angay maging susbaranan
Tanan nga butang
May maupay nga hingangadtu-an
Ug matadong.
